Kenneth Raab
- President, CEO, Cofounder, and Chairman of the Board
- Kenneth Raab has over 25 years of experience in Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) companies and in the Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry. Prior to Sonic, Mr. Raab held operations, quality, and engineering management positions at the MQA Division of Stanford Telecom and Wavetek Microwave. He was instrumental in establishing responsive manufacturing capabilities for low-to-medium volume production and developmental activities at MQA, and was named corporate employee of the year for these efforts. Mr. Raab holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering.
Robert Pereyda
- Vice President of Engineering, Cofounder, and Board Member
- Robert Pereyda has over 30 years of experience in printed circuit board, metal fabrication, and electronics manufacturing and design. He has particular expertise in product design where he has led numerous projects ranging from set-top boxes to superconductor space flight experiments. Mr. Pereyda was the Director of Technical Services at Stanford Telecom and holds mechanical design patents from his work at Autek Systems.

Henry Woo
- Chief Process Engineer, Cofounder, and Board Member
- Henry Woo has over 30 years of experience in electronics manufacturing and previously held management positions at Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) companies and Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) providers. Mr. Woo’s career includes work with Shugart Associates, Apple Computer, Flextronics, and MQA Stanford Telecom. He was also a key contributor in establishing Flextronics’ first U.S. manufacturing facility. Mr. Woo holds an Associate in Science degree in Electrical Engineering.

Manmeet Wirk
- Vice President of Sales and Marketing
- Manmeet Wirk brings to Sonic over 20 years of experience within the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry. Prior to joining Sonic, Ms. Wirk was at Sanmina-SCI were she helped grow the New Product Introduction (NPI) Division in San Jose, California from $8 million to a $30 million operation. Prior to Sanmina-SCI she worked at Solectron through the company’s acquisition of Fine Pitch. Ms. Wirk’s work at Fine Pitch supported a $150 million annual revenue that then grew to multiple sites. Ms. Wirk holds a bachelor’s degree from Delhi University in India.
David Ginsberg
- Vice President of Supply Chain Management
- David Ginsberg has over 25 years of experience in both the OEM and EMS industries. Prior to his return to Sonic in 2010, Mr. Ginsberg held supply chain roles at many Silicon Valley technology companies; including Net Optics, OpVista, Stratalight Communications, Hammerhead Systems, Alantec and Stanford Telecom. Professionally, he has served on the Inventory Management Committee of APICs National and as President of APICS Santa Clara Valley. He has published articles and been a speaker, and consultant to industry and ecommerce firms. Mr. Ginsberg was instrumental during the startup phase of Sonic in establishing the materials, data & supply chain processes that have supported the rapid growth of the business. Roy Singh
- Vice President of Operations
- Mr. Roy Singh has over 20 years of Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) and Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry experience. Mr. Singh has a proven track record in operations, personnel management and leadership. He brings to Sonic his strengths and expertise in quality, operations, logistics, and strategic planning, as well as his unique strengths in replacing manual efforts with integration, error-free automated feedback loops, self-correcting data and expert systems.
Kiran Kaur
- Vice President Finance and Administration
- Kiran Kaur brings to Sonic over10 years of accounting experience in the retail, service, and manufacturing industries. Prior to joining Sonic, Ms. Kaur worked across multiple market sectors. She holds a Bachelor in Science degree in Business Administration for Cal State Hayward in California.

Bob Tolan
- Vice President of Quality
- Bob Tolan has over 20 years of experience in various roles within technology companies.
Prior to Sonic Manufacturing Bob was VP of Sales and Marketing for dpiX, Bob was Director of Manufacturing Operations for Savi Technologies, a world leader in the RFID market. As Director, he managed all manufacturing operations of the company. Prior to Savi, Inc. Bob was Operations Director for LiveWorks, Inc., a Xerox New Enterprise Business unit and manufacturer of large area electronic whiteboards. In this position Bob managed all manufacturing and customer support activities. Bob also served several years as a Business broker, in this role he valued businesses and helped small business owners sell their firms. Bob earned his B.S in Industrial Engineering and his Master of Business Administration with a Marketing focus.
